Micro-enterprise (business or farm) Loan
The credit union will consider micro-enterprise loans on an individual basis. The maximum loan amount is $50,000. These loans need to be secured.

SBA Guaranteed Loans
Ka’u Federal Credit Union is the first credit union in Hawai’i to be approved to participate in The Small Business Administrative Program 7(a) Loan Guarantee Program. Interest rates float at the Wall Street Journal prime rate plus 2.75%. There are certain loan and guarantee fees payable by the borrower.
